Scam charges!
I, filled out a loan application and at the end there was an offer for credit repair, which I did not want and I click on the wording" if I didn't want"and then the submit button to continue with my loan. Which I thought was for the loan. Come to find out, when I was checking my bank statement, up comes a charge for $19.95. When I called, I was told that I applied for the service. I explained that I thought I submitted for the loan. The agent said, he could not refund my money, but he would cancel further subscriptions . When I asked what was I getting for the $19.95, his reply was that it was for setup. I told him that it was a setup to take my $19.95. By the way, I got no answer for the loan.

Unauthorized debit from checking
I was browsing the internet for loan information, filled out some application, and than i hit cancel, and closed the window, tonight i find a charge to my checking account for $44.90, i never authorized any of this and want to know how to get my money back! i am pissed off about this, and i will sue.

Debit money from my checking
While on the internet (much as I saw in a complaint board)I clicked on a lending site. I filled in some info but did not complete transaction. Now I am not even sure of what link I clicked onto for 1st Credit Now or how to reach them. They have debited money from my checking without authorization. Is their a recovery process?

Unauthorized Debits
1st Credit Now has been taking funds from my checking account. I never give out this information. First 2.95 and now 44.90. I have checks to clear and now I fear they won't clear and I will have overdraft charges.
Beware everyone. Crooks are out there.
I plan to report the fraud to my bank and hopefully (because I am supposed to be protected from fraud) I can be reimbursed. I can only hope.
Did I mention that today is my birthday.

unauthorized payment
this company took 2.95 on 4/16/08 and 44.90 on 4/23/08 I did not receive the cash they approve me for and when i called there was an answering machine during normal business hrs. When I got the maching it said it was full at this time and not receiving messages

debiting money from my checking acct. without my permission
I was browsing for websites/information about personal loans for people with bad credit who are trying to better themselves. I went to a website called personalcredit.com (which is run by 1st credit now); altough I didn't know that at the time. Anyway, I began to apply for a loan, and I changed my mind so I hit the CANCEL button after I entered some information, and they charged me twice!!! Now I have bank overdraft fees to pay, and they aren't going to do anything!!! Whatever you do, do not be dumb like I was and visit www.personalcredit.com or www.1stcreditnow.com They are crooks!!!
