I shifted to Bangalore (After getting a job ) from Pune on 20th of September 2006. I have hired 1st EURO Packways India, Pune for shifting my house items, bike and my car

Mr. Aravind of 1st EURO Packways picked the house items and bike on 19th of September 2006 from my pune residence. Mr. Aravind also collected Rs.35,000/- (Rupees Thirty five thousand only) from me in cash against the expenses for shifting these items to pune.

On 20th of September 2006, Mr.Balwant Sharma from 1st EURO Packways collected my Car (which was only 3 months old). The vehicle condition paper was made on the same day (minor scratches were recorded on the paper) and he promised me that the car will be delivered to me in Bangalore latest by 23 September 2006. Mr. Balwant Sharma also told that the car will be going on a car carrier / trailer today itself and the car will show maximum 100 Kms extra to the current odometer reading of 1314 Kms.

I reached Bangalore and contacted Balwant Sharma. He promised me to deliver the car next day, but never delivered. They kept misleading me for 20days and delivered my household goods in damaged condition. But the Car was still missing.

Finally the Car is delivered at my new rented house in Bangalore on 13th of October 2006 (After 25 days) in a heavily damage condition. The car repaired with a non professional mechanic and Right Front door and Fender was repainted in a very bad shape. The odometer reading of the car was 2306 Kms i.e. showing more than 1000 Kms extra driving compared to the 100 Kms extra committed by Mr.Balwant Sharma. As I hesitated to give the received signature on the papers, the driver threatened me for spoiling the car. I called up my landlord and other neighbors also gathered, finally the driver ran away from the scene seeing the big crowd. It was evident that they driven my car to Bangalore from Pune instead of bringing it on a carrier.

I visited Bimal Auto Agency on 13.10.2006 (Authorized Maruti Dealer Near my house in Mahadevapura ). The service engineer made an estimate for the damages and taken the car for service. I had to spend Rs.15,000 for the Car repair.

Kindly keep distance from this company as they do not have any business ethics and are only a group of frauds.
