I was trying to buy iphone and i came cross this seller, his name is Jon (so he says) from Aliso Viejo CA, and since he is only15 minutes from me i decided to give him a visit at his house to make sure he is the real thing since i negotiated a purchase of 20 iphones, some how he convinced me to buy outside eBay so i can get a better deal so we used his wife's Paypal, I end up paying $9200 and i was suppose to get my Iphones in 7 days, when i called him on monday (the 7th day) he got mad at me and told me that i was bugging him and he is going to sell those phones to someone else, and later on i begged him to get those phones he blamed it on me and told me to wait another week but i didn't have time at all i was leaving the country and i had those phones sold, later come to find out that he is laying again so i called my amex and disputed the amount so he went crazy on me and he cussed me out and he ask paypal to tell me to return the merchandise that i never received so he can delay the process of the chargeback, anyway lucky me i saved all txt messages and i forwarded a copy to paypal and Amex and they are working on getting me my money back, what i think is happening here is this guy using people's money to finance his scam operations so he can buy product and sell over eBay or outside eBay. No I looked at his store he still have lots of 20 iphones for sale and lots of 10 iphones for sale and there is no transactions after our incident but he has one or 2 bids and a cancelations after that, i'm not sure if there is a rule against what this guy doing and i know for a fact that this guy using his 100% feedback to scam people outside EBAY.
