To whom it may concern:

Im writing in connection about my high disappointment with 1Time service
and help. I use 1Time regularly but after yesterdays flight, service, help and
disorder that was caused i feel very sceptical about ever using 1Time again.
i had a return ticket to fly back to Cape town From Johannesburg at 4:30 Yesterday.
After coming from Rustenburg all the traffic we called the 1Time call centre to find out
if we where there by 4 that there wouldnt be any problems. We arrived at the airport before 4.
After a big rush as we got to the counter the man working said he closed 2 min ago . After pleading and begging they werent a little bit bothered to help us. Then 2 other gentlemen arrived but they helped them. Then we had payed to be put on Standby and waited 2 hours at the airport.
Standing in Queue for Flight IT115 At 6:30, they then told us that the 10 seat available where taken by other Standby members, You know what was so upsetting is the fact that i had a 14month old daughter with me, but they would take her needs into consideration. I had to bath my screeming child in a basin at the airport where there wasnt even hot water due to the service your employees provided us with, im very disgusted, after telling us we would have to come at 5 today to stand on stanby again and having your staff members yell at us and showing us there determination that they wont help us. I got all stressed out, for i knew if we were not back by this morning it would have costed us our jobs and my daughter was so tensed up from all this . Only after me having an absolute break-down did they then pity me and assist us. Which one proved there stubborn ness and that they lied because there were seats available. After we Boarded there where still seats available, with client service like this i am highly disgusted and you will be sure to loose alot of business. im Starting to think thats why you called 1Time
because you Fly once and never again after experiencing your service!
