manager and employee,s have no respect
The manager greg seemed very friendly and seemed like someone who you could trust.But I guess like everyone say, s after you leave the dealership it wil never be the same.First april 15 2010 I found the vehicle I liked a 2001 dodge ram quad cab well it was sitting on the lot and transmission fluid was leaking out of it so greg sends it to the shop and they said it was only the pan leaking and they fixed it.Then I had to take it back because the radiator was busted on top then myself and greg had words because I had been reading my contract and it said I had a cd player in it which it didnot.Well he finally said he would have to order it next monday they called and said the cd player was there.Well when I got there he handed me the cd player and I said are you going to install it he said no at first and we did argue but he said go done the street to where they installed your radiator and I will call them to install it.Well when I got there he still had not called so rick called greg and okayed it well then we sit 2 hours because the cd player didnot fit the truck and they had to go to another store and get a faceplate so it would fit but it still does not fit it is sideways in my dash. The shop also cracked my dash it was already cracked but not visible now it is when I got the truck we had the oil and filter changed the service asked us how long had it been since we changed the oil and filter he showed us the oil was black and dirty the spark plugs looked like they were very old and the air filter was past dirty you could bang it against something and sand would fall out and when they replaced the radiator the shop said it filthy in the water.Also my brake fluid cylinder was almost empty I like this truck and that is why I kept it thank god my I have brains enough to have everything checked.Because when I went and paid my first note on 6-3-2010 I could have slapped your manager greg and your employee, s at car-mart I was talking to your employee mary about the all that had been changed on the truck I mean regular conversation and greg inform, s me we just clean them and sell them.WE DONOT DO TUNE UP, S AND WE DONOT CHECK THEM WE JUST GET RID OF THEM.I am glad I did check all of it because your company would really be in trouble because of your sorry manager and employee, s at nacogdoches, tx car-mart if my kids and family would have been hurt do to your neglect to hire someone who could really do there job.Also when did it startI was having to pay for state tag sticker, s every month that was told to me by mary in the nacogdoches office my sticker only last from 5-2010 to 7-2010 I think that is very wrong I already paid to much for this truck with it never being checked by your company.But this is a promise I will never buy another from your company I was nice enough to send 2 people to buy vehicle, s from you but I warned them have it checked first.THANK YOU FOR YOUR TIME but your employee, s are very rude!MY NAME IS MARGARET JEAN TRIANA MY ADDRESS IS P.O.BOX 1741 CENTER, TEXAS 75935 PHONE # 936-591-9935
