My name is tyler, i got screwed on a car i bought. I bought a 2001 transam from the dealership and have had nothing but problems with the car, havent even had it a month and the transmission is going out, has no 2nd gear, every light known to man is light up in the dash and ir runs like crap. I recently found out that I appearently worked for the owners other company called A&M building since october 3rd of last year... I moved to virginia from oregon to Virginia on Febuary 13 2009...

I called the bank and let them know A) i want out of this car and B) false W2's were submitted so this dealership can sell me the car and collect there money!!! I was completly un aware of this. I called the bank to check the status of my loan and they said i needed W2's so i was like okay. I let the dealership know that i had to get my W2's from oregon and they said they would do it and not to worry about it.

The bank will not do anything. I have mentioned above information to the banks fraud department. They said it was between myself and the dealership. The dealership denys the whole thing and wont do anything.

I'm to poor for a lawyer, im only 21 living on my own in virginia and dont know anyone out here.
