Buyers beware of this dealership. I purchased a 2002Acura MDX from these guys in June. The price appeared to be the lowest around, the car seemed to be in good shape, and my salesman seemed very friendly. Unfortunately, all of the service and smiles and customer service end once you sign your name on the dotted line.The saleman insisted I got the extented insurance that cover the engine and transmission. I had in the contract that they were going to replace the radio in my car took it back to get the radio replaced my wife went to pick up the car.They bought the cover stickers ooff the internet and place over the radio. It was a cheap fix after that disception we asked to speak to the manage who came in and told us that the salesman did not have the authority to put that in writing. They ended up replacing just the frame around radio. I was getting deployed to Iraq so didn't have time to go back up there. Aboutweek later my wife is telling me the car was driving funny after taking it to Sears we found out we needed front struts on the car that was going to be $700 dollars. She went back to them they said they can't do anything about thatso we had it fixed ourselves. A month later the car stopped with my wife had it towed to the Acura dealership they told her she needed a transmission. The cost of the transmission was $4500 to get it replaced. The service guy a the dealer ship said that this car should not hav been sold the way it was that all the previous codes were deleted out of the car's computer. We called the insurance company that the finance guy insisted we get and they told us that we had to pay to get the transmission taken out ($2500) before they can determine if the transmission was covered. If the damage is not cover we have to pay to replace the transmission. So we call M and I imports and they transfered us to five people then hang up the phone. I am now in Iraq and the $14780 Acura MDX is in my garage cannot be driven along with her other broken Truck which was a driving death trap in the first place.
