Another 2003 Kawasaki used my sale copy - almost verbatim - to list his bike...which doesn't have the same features as my bike!

My listing is: sale-2tchg-1278635888. The perpetrator's listing is: sale-wpmtr-1283481250.

It seems to me that in addition to being a jerk and using my copy, he is fraudulently presenting his bike as something it clearly is not.

Is there any recourse? James
