I purchase 2003 Lincoln Navaigator - 3 month ago - I purchased the vehicle - It needed Warranty Work - I purchased extended warranty from Diamond Warranty -
Around of 14th of April 2010 - I drove my lincoln navaigator over to Quality Lincoln Mercury for the repair work. They diagnosis the problem as Cylinder #8 misfire lack of compression - They contacted the Warranty company - Warranty company said that they would not paid the whole amount - That took about a month to complete - I told them to go and fix the problem, I will pay the difference - I went over to service department of Quality and spoke to Joe Gresh regarding the work - stop at the dealership in person four times. It is now June 10th, I stop at dealership - the vehicle is still apart - Dealership apologizes - I just want my vehicle.
I ask for help, in this matter.
