While driving my 2004 Chrysler Stratus on the freeway. I felt the car slowing down, the engine light came on, and the speed continued to drop. I pulled over to the shoulder and the car stopped.
I had the car towed to the dealership where they stated that a fuel pump was needed and it was not covered by the warranty.
Who wants to pay a car note and a major repair bill for a two year old vehicle? The dealership gave me a break in the cost, but why should I have to pay for anything beyond maintenance on a two year car with less than 50k miles!
I like to thank Eric Chestnut of Northwestern Dodge in Ferndale, Michigan, for his assistance in lowering the price of my repair bill to have a semi-satisfied customer.
