My name is Kim Johnson, I purchased a 2006 Dodge Stratus on Saturday July 3, 2010...First of all I was told the cost of the car was $5, 995.00, I was charged $8, 925.00. I was told the car came with a two year contract. After driving the car home on Saturday I noticed when pressing on the brakes the car goes to the left and starts shaking. When you pick of the speed on the car it shakes and the brakes are hissing. The car also sounds like motorcycle. I immediately told the sales person something was wrong with the car...He told me it was not nothing wrong with the car it is a 4 cylinder. On Monday I went up to the car lot and told the sales person something was wrong with car. He immediate told me to buy some new tires. I called on Tuesday and spoke with owner Joby Schraier I told him what was going on and I would like for them to fix the car or give me another car or give me my money back. He told me he could not do that. I told him I will leave the car on the lot. Joby told me that would be considered a reposession. In the contract I have it states I have thirty days to return the car if I am not satisfied with it. I am very upset with car lot and will contacting the media and an attorney to further investigate. I would like to have someone call me back as soon as possible.
