I filed a complaint with the Nissan Corp. in regard to the rip off I got in February 2009. I gave them a check for "future downpayment." I told them I was not sure when my legal issues with hospital would be settled and I would get the money to back the check. They stated, "No problem, we will work with you." Well after 3 months they started threatening me that if I did not give them the $5000.oo in cash they would hand me over to their attorney. I tried to apply it to my Nissan Motor Acceptance Corp Car loan, they said no. I tried to make side loan where I paid extra amount to dealership each month till legal issues with hospital were resolved, they said no. I CONTACTED AND FILED COMPLAINT WITH NISSAN MOTOR CORP AND THEY DID NOTHING! ABSOLUTELY NOTHING! DUE TO THEIR SHITTY DEAL THE CAR WAS HANDED BACK OVER TO NISSAN MOTOR CORP. IF NISSAN WISHES TO MAINTAIN GOOD QUALITY BACKING BEHIND THEIR NAME AND PRODUCT THEY SHOULD BE MORE ASSERTIVE AND CONCERNED AS TO WHO/WHAT DEALERSHIPS THEY ALLOW TO REPRESENT THEIR NAME.
