I APPLIED FOR A LOAN, THEY CALLED AND SAID I WAS APPROVED, TOLD ME TO SIGN THE ONLINE AGREEMENT AND SAID MY LOAN WOULD BE IN MY ACCOUNT WITH IN 2 HOURS. THE NEXT DAY I MAM STILL WAITING FOR MY MONEY, THEY WONT RESPOND TO EMAIL, THEY DONT HAVE A PHONE NUMBER THAT I COULD GET THROUGH TO TALK TO A LIVING PERSON, ALL THEY DID WAS PUT A CHARGE ON MY BANK ACCOUNT OF $19.00.

I APPLIED FOR A PAYDAY LOAN, I UNDERSTOOD AFTER THE FACT, THAT THEY NEEDED TO GET INTO MY ACCOUNT TO CHECK THAT IT WAS A LEGITIMATE ACCOUNT. IT WAS AND IS, BUT I WAS FIRST CHARGED 29 FOR THAT. <br />
FOR THE NEXT TWO WEEKS, THEY PROCEEDED TO TRY AND TAKE MONEY OUT OF MY ACCOUNT, EVEN THOUGH I WAS NOT APPROVED FOR A PAYDAY LOAN, RESULTING IN THREE NSF CHARGES OF $27. I CANNOT AFFORD TO KEEP GETTING NSF CHARGES, WHEN THEY HAVE NO BUSINESS TRYING TO TAKE MONEY OUT OF MY ACCOUNT ESPECIALLY SINCE I DIDNT GET A PAYDAY LOAN TO BEGIN WITH. NOW I CANNOT FIND OUT WHO THEY ARE, HOW TO REACH THEM, AND I DONT HAVE A CLUE HOW TO RETRIEVE MY MONIES BACK. PLEASE HELP ME GET MY NSF CHARGES BACK ONTO MY ACCOUNT.<br />
I AM BESIDE MYSELF THINKING HOW THE BANK WOULD ALLOW THIS ESPECIALLY SINCE I HAVE A PASSWORD FOR ANYONE TRYING TO GET INTO MY ACCOUNT, AND EVEN THE BANK ISNT HOLDING UP TO THEIR BARGAIN BY NOT ALLOWING ANYONE IN MY ACCOUNT FROM THE BEGINING. PLEASE HELP ME FIND OUT WHO THESE PEOPLE ARE AND HELP ME GET MY NSF FEES BACK.<br />

On 8/28 I applied for a loan with 200cash.com via the internet. They claimed that they could forward to money to my checking account within 24 hours. I filled out and electronically signed agreements and dates that the loan could be repaid. I never heard one word from them as to whether my application was approved or denied but on Monday, 9/1/08 200cash.com attempted to WITHDRAW NOT DEPOSIT $200 from my checking account. This incurred a $39 late fee as the funds were not available. Also on 9/1 a company called ZZ Solutions attempted to withdraw $29 dollars from my checking account. My Credit Union stated that these companies are both related to one another. I have attempted to call 200cash.com and you never get a live body. Its just a bunch of prompts and nothing where you can leave a message. I faxed them and emailed them that they had made a mistake. They responded back with an email with a bunch of email links that I can contact. I emailed each of the links but have not heard anything back. To this date (9/13) I have never heard from a live body. These two companies (200Cash.com AND ZZSolutions) have racked up NSF fees in excess of $120. I will have no other choice but to close this account now.

Its a shame though because all I wanted was a small loan of $200 or even less that would have been no problem to pay back. I will never attempt to get a payday loan on line ever again because this is very inconvenient.

They pretend they are a loan place. They get all your info, and then charge you a $19.00 application fee. Said I wasn't qualified. Age, salary or employment. I am 54, make about 3500.00 a month, and have worked at my employer for over 30 years. There is no way to contact them. Big SCAM!

this company keeps withdrawing money from my checking account without my approval and makes false statements that i allegedly agreed to these charges by submitting an application on their website which I never did.
