i canceled the loan application and the company keeps taking application fees, from my account...over drawing my account.

I applied for a $200.00 loan from 200cash.com. They deducted the one time non-refundable fee of $19.00. I was to wait for a notice stating whether I got the loan or not. I signed all necessary papers and faxed back to the. This occurred around 4/11/09. On 4/21/09 my employer's payroll dept. notified me in regards to the wage assignment form, where 220cash.com wanted to garnish my payroll for $790.00 for non payment on loan. I tried calling the number which was all automated never spoke to a live person regarding this. I never received a loan, and on the recording it said to speak to loan consultant that was assigned to me, I never was assigned anyone. I then faxed back the wage assignment notice stating they were a fraud, and they would not receive anything, because my bank records alone can prove that they did not deposit monies into to my account at all. It is really sad that you have people out here preying on the people that are struggling and looking for some help and relief, and you have these theives out here stealing from us. Help us if possible

I was denied for a loan through this company. They still took 19.95 out of my account without my permission. I am trying to get money for a family emergency and they tale money out instead. I am reporting this company to the better business bureau along with another company that did the same thing to me. These companies like this should be ashamed of themselves and be taken down. I want to sue this company along with the other company that did this to me and everyone else they did this to. Anyone with me?

200cash.com took money out of my account without my authorization. Now I have to pay a over draft of 35.00. 200cash.com took 44 dollars out of an account that has no money.

I have faxed numerous letters to tell them to stop charging my bank account and they intend to keep doing it. I never received the loan that i applied for. I have returned there catalog and package several times and they keep sending it back to me I wish this would stop
