On 9/15/2008 I was shopping around for a set of 22in Verde Helix Chrome Wheels package deal.I called Chrome Masters spoke with Shawn sale representative asking him how much was it for a set of 22in wheels item number cm207 in the lowrider magazine.he said at first $1399 with shipping.I replied I found the same set at Wheel Design on page 93 for $1250 with shipping.Shawn replied i'll beat that price $1150 with shipping.I replied i'll send the money later on this week.on 9/20/2008 I went to Western Union Wired $550.00 Chrome Masters First name Shamshar Last Name Singh which cost me $30.00 total of $580.00.called Shawn back to place my order again for cm207 22in rims and tires with correct address to ship to.hour later Shawn called hey man i'm here at Western Union, the cashier said it was next day pick up it suppose be with then minutes.could you go back and change that make with minutes.I replied thats an extra $30.00 for with minutes.Shawn replied I told my manager that you wanted these wheels and he order them already.just to show him you want them "cause we paid cash for them so we can have the money in the bank".I replied ok i'm eating right now.between the next 45 minutes Shawn kept calling and calling i'm still waiting.so finally I went and extra $30.00 total $610.00.I called Shawn I did it, he replied soon as I get this money i'll call you back once I get to the shop to confirm your order he never did.on 9/22/2008 I called spoke with Shawn to confirm my order, yeah I got you.on 9/24/2008 I called spoke with Shawn asking him when will my order he replied your wheels will be here on 9/25/2008.I asked when will you ship them to me he replied on 9/26/2008 i'll call you with your tracking number he never did.on 9/29/2008 I Called spoke with Shawn asking for my tracking number he told me i'm just a sales representative but i'll check in to it but never call.I called on 10/01/2008 spoke with an employee asking about my tracking number he replied i'll call you back but your order was ship never call.on 10/07/2008 I spoke with spoke Chris the manager I told him everybody giving me the run around about my order and tracking number if you didn't have the product someone should have told me before I send my money, I could have order from somebody else.He replied i'll call you Tuesday with your tracking number I said tody is Tuesday "oh i'll call you Friday he never did".on 10/06/2008 I called asking for my tracking number this was about 6:00pm eastern time give me hour and half i'll call you back he never did.called on 10/09/2008 same thing never call.I called on 10/13/2008 asking for my tracking number was told doing inventory right now i'll call you back I replied someone always telling that.they never do he aplogize i'll call you back never did.on 10/14/2008 I called spoke with Chris told him I Wanted a refund he said ok i'll do the paper work someone will call you in a day or two.I didn't feel right with that.so I went online to www.ripoffreport.com
found a page on Chrome Masters where peoples having the same problem with order]and refund issues.so I called back on 10/14/2008 asking again Chris for my tracking number he replied we'll shipping products today 10/14/2008 i'll call you he never did.so I decide to get Better Business Bureau involed and California Attorney Generaly in whole
