Back in September 2008 I took out a 'Corporate Membership' with 24-7 Coaching, with a clear money guarantee, to quote "A risk-free 2 year service [expires Sept 2010] with full ROI promise/money back guarantee just $299 USD / £199 GBP".

Due to a very poor service, and the promise of the website being changed and updated (it hasn't been in two years), I felt that the 'Corporate Membership' was not worth the money, so under the 'promise' of a refund, I contacted 24-7 Coaching.

Now, some ***three months later*** and after numerous emails, I have heard nothing. In fact, only one email was responded to despite 24-7 Coaching stating on their website that they respond to all enquiries within 24 hours.

I would urge people to carefully consider my experience before purchaing any package from 24-7 Coaching. Peter, who I liaised with at the time has not responded to any emails either, and strangely enough I do not receive their newsletter.

They cleary do not stand by their guarantee, and my feeling is they also have no intention of refunding my money.

Steer clear of 24-7 Coaching, and invest your money elsewhere.
