This is a public notice and warning that 24 Hour Fitness has a mentally distraught employee at the front desk who might decide to take it out on himself or others.

It is forseeable that he will cause harm to himself or others. I've alerted the corporate office through it's contact page on it's website and I've spoken to the club managers in the Laguna Hills and Laguna Niguel locations.

My life has been threatened multiple times by this employee because my religious beliefs are different from his and that I am also disabled.

This employee has admitted to 24 Hour Fitness that he has left me notes at the front desk. They have on tape where he took my ID, from me and then pursued me out in the parking lot, they did not have audio but he was telling me he was going to kill me.

It was agreed that if Rudy ever set foot back into the Laguna Niguel 24 Hour Fitness he would be fired. This was from his boss at Laguna Hills. However, Laguna Niguel needed someone to cover shift and the manager there just doesn't care.

Previously, I know other female members were stocked by past employees of this location. Then anyone can look at the complaints on this very site of men and women being stalked by 24 Hour Fitness employees and nothing ever being done to protect the members.

In my own case, I have had Rudy physically touch me, admit to leaving me threatening notes, they had a video of his pursuing me and today when I spoke to the club manager, he said that this guy is dependable and it's not like he work there full-time. If you have also been stalked by this employee either verbally or physically because you can not escape him as he works the front desk you are not alone.
