I could write pages. Ordered Royal Blue drink Coolies. Received Light Powder Blue with the most cheaply done faded printing. Terrible cheap-looking promotional item. When I finally got someone on the phone and complained, I was told that this is the "'industry standard" for Royal Blue. I sent photos taken on a Royal Blue (promotional) bag that I had that was a "standard" Royal Blue. The difference in color was plainly apparent. Their color swatch online is Royal, their artwork that they sent to me was Royal, but the product is Light Powder (Neon) Blue...Pitiful treatment to customers. Forget about writing up one of their completely ignored tickets, or getting customer service on the telephone. The recording always starts with a minimum of seven callers ahead of you. Hold time averages 20 minutes BEFORE someone picks up the phone. Watch for the "accidental" disconnections after the 20 minute hold time...then it's back to the phone menu again, and the 20 minute wait for another customer service agent. (they NEVER call back, because they now have your money and they want you to go away. I have records of the phone calls that I made, and incidentally, I am never rude or disrespectful to the agents, but believe me, it doesn't matter who you are or what your issue is. They DON'T CARE and the Supervisors are worse than the sales agents) Don't be lured by the cheaper prices...the toll you will pay in headaches and frustration will make you wish (as I do) that you had paid twice as much. Do not buy from this company if you are accustomed to getting your money's worth, and do not think it will be different for you. They don't care how much you spend.
