I ordered items from 24 Supplements on 31 October, paying £75.01 immediately by PayPal. Goods not received by 10 November so I e-mailed them and received an automated response, followed by an e-mail from a "Manager" explaining that they were experiencing "supply difficulties". I e-mailed a couple more times, receiving similar responses. I discovered that I had to file my claim with PayPal within 45 days so I claimed on 12 December. PayPal received no reply from 24 Supplements so I was reimbursed on 26 December. 24 Supplements is a rip-off and should be stopped from trading.

I ordered a refill of Ali tablets on the 11th of November and despite several emails to this company - I am still without the products that I paid for. Not only this but they seem to have now set something up whereby my emails to them are rejected. There is no contact number or physical address on the site and when I attempt to contact them through their website, it tells me that there has been an error. I am absolutely fuming!! I can't believe that in today's global village, where service is of the utmost importance - this company has just taken my money and then blatantly ignored me. How on earth can a small shipment take almost three months to get to me?? I WANT MY MONEY BACK!!! As I am clearly NEVER going to get the product!! And I would like everybody else out there to know that this company is just out to take your money and run!!! DO NOT BUY FROM THEM!! YOU WILL JUST BE LOSING YOUR MONEY!!
