I have to say, Dell customer support in the UK has generally been good, until support takes place oversea's, such as during evening and weekends.
I recently had 24/7 4hr mission critical support for a Dell switch, which died during the weekend. When I came through to support, I was put through to Dell Technical reception to a lady probably from India, who asked me to call back during normal working hours, and then put the phone back. When I called back, she was very rude, huffed and put the phone back down on me again. I rang for the third time, and asked to speak to a supervisor, and I was cut off for the third time. I eventually had to buy a replacement elsewhere for something that should have been covered by 4 hours emergency response.
