Order product from their online website with 3 day expedited production. Its been a week and received no update and any info on the situation of our order. I called the number on their website 1-800-530-6218 because its been 5 business day with no info on our expedited order that should be done in 3 business days. Person answer but told me they can't handle online order so I asked for their customer service and they gave me this number 281.786.37.64. They kept me on hold for 9 minutes before the phone hung up. I called again and was told by a machine there is 10 min hold this time. So I click their live chat on the website. Some one name Brenda response to my complain. She was no help, all she told me is that she would refund the 3 day expedited charge but could not cancel our order because some how its in production. She can't even tell me when the production will be finish and ship my order. We order 10 bracelet but she can't tell me if it will be done today or even if next week. We needed these bracelet on schedule for our business but now we can't use these at an event. This Brenda person won't tell me when our order will be done because she is in customer service and production is in warehouse and she doesn't know what the warehouse people do. I asked if they can upgrade our order shipping so that we can received the order on time. Brenda couldn't even answer this and kept on just telling me she doesn't know when our order will be finish.
So this company take your order and money and charge extra for expedited production then don't give you any update with the situation of your order. And then tell you that you can't cancel your order because its somehow in production?
And they don't know when our 10 bracelet order production will be done and they can't even tell me when they can ship our order.
