Their customer-service officer told me that they could definitely resolve our toilet clogging issue. We asked specifically if they have high pressured water-jet machine and the officer claimed they have everything. Thus, we engaged their service. They sent us an inexperienced plumber who never even heard of what is a high-pressured water-jet machine. He even said we had to remove our toilet bowl in order to unclog completely. What rubbish is that???!! We paid him his transport fee and sent him off. We called back to the main office who took our complaint and promised to have their supervisor to call us back. They never did. I called them twice and they never once return our call. Liars! Their website still claims (1) HIGHLY TRAINED LICENSED PLUMBERS and (2) 3 Months Guarantee!!! Felt cheated. Will not go to them ever again.
