I just discovered a $19.99 charge on my debit card to these people. I have absolutely NO recall of EVER contacting them for anything for I don't even know what they do. I have yet to discover a contact number for them, but plan on taking action against them and try to recoup the fee that they have fraudulently extracted from my bank account.

This really makes me think twice about EVER ordering anything online when there might be 'hidden' check boxes that are automatically pre-filled with a check that you may not see!
