Orders
I ordered the 2daydietoriginal pills from this website. I had to send an email requesting the tracking number. The product that was suppose to ship in a day but shipped 3 weeks later.
I received the product on Friday morning 7/3 and when I opened the box, the pill bottle was opened. The plastic wrap slid off, the white paper seal was broken and the cotton was exposed.
I have email them numerous times (by the way none of their links on their site work). I ordered it on my credit card so I have disputed the charges and will send it back, my problem - do I send it to the address on the label in San Gabriel or the arcadia address. When I googled the address on the label it showed an empty lot.
Lesson learned... more excercise - no pills.

BOBBY TRAN
I ORDERED FROM THIS SITE AND LUCKLY I USED PAYPAL BECAUSE I NEVER RECIEVED MY ORDER AND I DID SOME INVESTIGATION ON/ABOUT THIS SITE. ITS RAN/CONTROLED BY SOME ONE NAMED BOBBY TRAN. I WAS ABLE TO GET A PHONE NUMBER WHICH WAS A CALIFORNIA NUMBER AND ITS A CELL PHONE. THIS PERSON NEVER ANSWERS AND YOU CAN'T LEAVE A MESSAGE BECAUSE THE INBOX IS FULL. PAYPAL DIDNT REFUND MY MONEY BECAUSE THE WEBSITE DIDNT HAVE ANY FUNDS IN THERE ACCOUNT. I HAD TO FILE A CLAIM WITH MY BANK TO GET MY MONEY BACK. ALSO FOR PEOPLE WHO HAVE BEEN LOOKING FOR OTHER SITES TO ORDER THE PILLS FROM MOST OF THEM ARE RAN BY BOBBY TRAN SO BE CAREFUL. I WILL SAY THERE IS 1 SITE WHERE I ORDER MY PILLS FROM WHICH IS 2DAYDIET4USA.COM AND THEY ARE NOT WITH BOBBY TRAN, THEY HAVE A PHONE NUMBER AND THE LADIES THERE ARE SO NICE N HELPFUL, EVERYTIME I ORDER I GET MY ORDER IN 2 DAYS. I REALLY HOPE WHOEVER READS THIS TAKES IT SERIOUS BECAUSE BOBBY TRAN AND 2 DAYDIETORIGINAL.COM ARE SCAMS!!!

Never recieved product!Doesnt ansewer emails.No phone number.---Did find one..listed under serenity day spa.suggest if ordered and had same problems, file a complaint w/better business bureau on the web.dispute charges w/bank.

Charge card and did not ship out item BEWARE!!!!
I order two bottles of the 3x slimming on 2/22/09. They emailed me an order number, promising to ship out next day. I have been emailing them for a tracking number and questions regarding my purchase and they don't email me back .
They don't even have a telephone number where you can reach them at. I really would like my money back and I have no idea how to get it back. Do not buy from this site or any other sites that do not have a telephone number where to reach them.

Unauthorized charges
I bought some diet pills from this website, and I use my credit card to pay. They give you an order number and promised to ship within 24 hours, and charge your credit card. I waited more than a month for my order to come in the mail. I sent many emails requesting information about my order and I got no reply. Don't buy from this website.
