The Salon offered a Brazilian Keratin hair treatment for which they charged $180 not including tip and tax, stating that the hair will be smooth, and the results will at up to 6 months. After following the instructions very carefully and washing my hair for the first time, my hair returned to the original condition, and none of the so-called benefits of the $200 process applied to my hair. After contacting the salon owner, he stated that i had a choice about which product to use, and i chose the 0% formaldehyde solution (he never told me the differences between solutions, and never did he offer any alternatives), which provides little results. I stated that they are the professionals, and if they charge this much money they should know which products to use, and which will works. After consulting other salons, they say that these days 0% is standard, and the results should be good as a solution containing formaldehyde. They told me that most likely the salon did not know how to do the process, and used a very cheap solution. My hair shows no change from their hair solution. Th owner told me that I can pay another $75 to try the process again. I stated that i would rather get a refund, or a free treatment, and he said no way.
