Order never received
I bought tablets in September 2010 we are now January 2011 and still not received. i emailed them they said my order would be fullfilled but they had issues with it. now when i chase them again the email bounces back and their website is not in service anymore HOW DO I GET MY MONEY BACK!!! If they knew the company was closing down in December they should have reimbursed me when i chased them !

They took £70.28 from my account and never send me the items i ordered and never gave me a refund
Bought 2 items from 2vitamins back in july waited for a month then emailed them asking where is my order, been told i will receive it shortly, then had to email them agai and again and again until i cant even find them no more. they took £70.28 from my account and never send me the items i ordered and never gave me a refund.

I ordered some diet pills from this Company back in June 2010 and did not receive the pills. I asked for a refund and all I keep getting are e-mails saying their management has changed that is why there is a delay. I am still waiting for a refund and will carry on until I get one. I would advise you not to order from this Company as they are untrustworthy and unreliable. All their e-mails say 'Thank you for giving us the chance to serve you', well I wish they would but they do not.

Using this company was a huge mistake
With reference to my previous posts regarding this rip-off company has anybody been on their website recently? I had been sending them e-mails on a regular basis seeking a refund and my e-mails started to be returned. I logged onto their website and went into "contact us". It states on there that they are now "out of business". I then went into their online store and they seem to still be taking orders. I cannot believe this company. I have no doubt that they will now open up under another name and continue to rip people off. I will not be signing their refunds form as I will be seeking legal advice and will continue to write bad reviews about them and they want signatures saying you won't do this. If anybody is reading this please take a bit of advice and do a review enquiry about a company online before you purchase from them. Make sure the company has lots of positive reviews. This is the mistake I made but will never make the same mistake again.

Goods not received - no refund given
I ordered goods from 2Vitamins.com on 21st September 2010 - I waited well past the 18 working days for the goods but they did not arrive. I have sent 17 emails to the company with specific questions and requesting a refund. All I get in return are emails from various people assuring me that my refund is being processed, that delays are due to a new management team, a new accounts system, waiting on their legal dept etc etc. They have now sent me an email saying that I have to wait another 9 working days for them to send me a refund request form which when I return will begin the process of my refund. I read on another complaints site that someone else received such a form and it asks you to print it off, complete, scan back in and sent it to them by email and the form also requests you to sign to say you waive your rights as a consumer to any further action should they not refund the whole amount of your transaction - can you believe this? I have consulted the Consumer Protection(Distance Selling)Regulations 2000 and they are clearly breaking the law here.

Can't get a refund for a very long time
I've purchased some items 5 months ago, delivery was very late so ended up cancelling my order, been trying to get a refund ever since but their manager keeps on excusing herself saying they have internal management problems and that their account department is dealing with my case.

Failed to send my order
I am still waiting for a order for ALLI weight reduction pills which made in may 2010. it is now feb 2011. at the time they blamed the volcanic ash cloud. if you pay by Paypal tyou only have 45 days to claim your money back. DO NOT GIVE THEM MORE THAN 45 DAYS NO MATTER WHAT EXCUSE THEY USE. if they do deliver the goods you can always reinstate your payment but you CANNOT get your money back via Paypal if they do not. THEY KNOW THIS. sthey owe me £103 but refuse to repay it. BEWARE - when they reply to your email they do not enclose the original email. if they did the e-mail would end up 50 pages long. they will make promise after promise after promise. do not listen to them.
