We purchased a 3 person swing, apples for apples as compared to others, good deal. Bought at Wal mart. Got home and we found out that we were missing more than the nuts and bolts, we were missing seat cushions, nuts, hardware, and top cover.

We called the number listed, only after doing a search for the corporate phone number, of which we never found. This lady gave me the ole story, we are so sorry, we will send your parts out asap. Well 6 weeks later no parts call back sorry but they could be held up on a boat due to storms, come on. I asked for the corporate phone number, would not give out. I thought about this for a while most companies if they have a good company and good products, 9 time sout of 10 you can find their phone number, not this company! Never in my life have I ever dealt with such a rotten company. And Wal Mart supports this company by having it on their shelves, come on Sam Walton, get back to your basics, only sell products from companies that are willing to help us out... This is why I miss products that are made in America.
