Either Activate my prepaid of Post paid Services

Near by two year i am one of the Customer of Airtel availing Services of Airtel. My No is 9766042272 .
Ten days back i got the offer from Airtel office Swarget Pune From one of employee Name Nafice(Female) to get convert it to post paid

After Submission of all the Documents and completion of verification Process. My no get activated for post paid afte passing 4 to 5 day
my no outgoing facility get stopped. I consulted Nafice to look into the matter. She told several time i am consulting my boss and let u know the
reason. yesterday my In comming facility also stopped.
