Most of us get promotional leaflets along with our credit card bills. I have fallen in trap of one such company called 360 Gifts- Kaviraj Housewares located in Bangalore. They advertised a Sony Ericsson model K770i, which I purchased in Sept 2009 for Rs. 7998/-. Within 6 months I started facing the following problems:
1. The handset would just go dead anytime
2. Camera stopped working
3. Headphones stopped working
4. FM radio stopped working.

In short this was a worthless show piece. After umpteen follow-ups I was asked to take my instrument to Sony Ericsson service center. On taking the instrument there I was told that this model is 2 years old and the company has stopped manufacturing this model and there is no warranty or guaranty to this handset. This came as a shocking truth to me.

After contacting 360 gifts regularly I was asked to courier the handset and invoice to their Bangalore office. I have done this on 5/5/10. Till today I have not received any communication from their end. I have only and only been following up with them, but I do not get any concrete reply. The customer representative, who was handling my case, now refuses to come over the telephone whenever I call up.

I am suffering immensely because of this company. I strongly recommend not purchasing any product from them.
