Program would not run
I had purchased this software 4 years ago and it worked great until today. I tried to reactiviate it and it would not accept my email address so I decided to repurchase it. When I installed the program and tried to run it, it would not work. I then tried to access the website members area to contact customer support and the website page would not open/display correctly. Have these guys have gone to the dogs? I will try and get in contact with them but reading all the other complaints I do not have my hope too high.

charge me extra money
Sir,
I buy trial service for 1 week to watch vidio but I cano not get on the site. I cancel the service in one week but this company again charge me $ 39.95 as recurring charges whereas I cancel my service with one week. I did not get their service till to day and never watch any vidio and I am requesting that this company be advised to refund my money which they charge on my credit card.

can't get in
I bought a lifetime membership. I just got a new computer and cannot do a member login to do anything.
I would assume I need to download on new comp. please help...

Scam and cheating
I bought and paid for service through limewire.com = 360 proshare, my computer died so I got a new one, when I tried to put it back on it wont work, I paid for a lifetime subscription.
What is the deal with this.

Program doesn't work!
I have also fallen for this scam whilst searching to download limewire. Paid up full membership and the program doesn't work. Tried all suggestions from online support and have now asked for a full refund.

360 proshare will not connect to web at all. I have already paid in full for program.

Program does not work!
I had searched for Limewire on the web to download, and thought I was getting a unlimited membership to Limewire, and when I downloaded the site, I surprisingly got 360 Proshare, and it never worked. I spoke to their customer service and told them they charged my card in error and they told me they couldn't cancel my membership because it was outside the 14 day trial period. I got scammed, and it sounds like many others did too. What are our rights when this happens? Advise smb!

Scam and cheating!
I would like a full refund from this company. I paid money for a service and can no longer retrieve the website. In doing some research I found I am not the only victim. Just another scam on the internet. I will fight this to the end if need be.

Lack of response!
They took my money and ran now I am not able to get movies or music that I subscribed to. Very poor program!
