I agreed to pay£0.66 per month for the music download software and nothing else then £30.78 is taken out of my account. As well as that the software doesn't even work, I haven't once been able to get a connection and I refuse to pay for something that doesn't work.

If I don't get a refund soon I am gonna take this further because looking at other peoples comments and by the way I have been treated by this company this is a complete scam!!!
