	iluvcavies September 24, 2009 WON'T WORK ON MY COMPUTER OR MY VLC PLAYER I WAISTED MY MONEY ON MY CREDIT CARD I DON'T WANT THIS PRODUCT AT ALL! I want a refund NOW and I can't wait to get rid of it. This is a terriable product. I hate it. It has caused me so much fustration and I got no responce from them before when I emailed them Help me solve this or I will be suing you. Mrs Peyton
	Ribb September 9, 2009 Awful experience If anyone has purchased 360 share pro and has had problems with the owners of 360 share pro honoring your lifetime membership as according to their said website, and feels like you have been swindled out of your hard earned money. Then you may contact your local police department and ask to address your call to fraud division and have the local government run a tracer to their IP address, so you may be given a numeric address to file your claim against; and If that doesn't suit your needs then contact your local media and ask to speak with assignment desk and go public with your consumer complaint. Moreover, you may also contact BBB Online, Consumer Affairs and file your complaints with their departments, and If anyone cares to file a class action suit then I would be more than happy to file with anyone who cares to file against 360 share pro.

	mtweaver June 20, 2009 paid for and can't get I paid a one time fee for share pro. I had to reload my operating system on my com. Now I can't reload share pro and they don't even bother to answer my emails.
	brianinusa June 8, 2009 total waste This was one of the biggest rip-offs I have ever encountered.There is so much spyware on there site it is unreal.Very poor selection, was not faster than other sites that are free.They claim that they have a 7 day refund policy.Totally false, I emailed them the next day and they were giving me the run around.Then they sent an email that since it was a service site, that they dont issue refunds.It is a waste of time and money buying this service.

	Merinell February 17, 2009 membership I tried to sign up for limewire pro lifetime membership. Once I downloaded it and submitted my cc info I was somehow directed to 360 share pro. I did not notice at first that it was not limewire because it looks just like it so I downloaded some songs but then noticed that it was not in fact limewire pro. I looked up 360 share pro and it has nothing but complaints and fraud claims. I am really kind of freaked out now because they have my credit card info. I logged on to their site and the support info to contact them does not come up. None of the support info at all so I don't even know how to contact them. I do not feel comfortable with this and want to cancel it but I cannot even get in contact with them. Can someone advise me on what I can do?
	September 19, 2008 Downloading Hi Mr Glanfield Here, I've Been Intouch With The Help Line, Problem Still Exissts But Can't Reach Anybody As I Still Have Tickets Which Have Been Closed, Can You Help Please. I've Trying To Download 2 Files For The Last Week Or So, One Is At 51% + One Is At 40%, After Four Hours Of Down Loading These Files Everthing Keeps Freezing & I Keep Getting More Sources Needed + It Takes Houres Of Serching, After This Happens It Can Take Hours To Bring Back The Files I Want. For Example I Started To Find My Files This Morning, It Took About An Hour To Find One Of Them & It Started The Progam Downloading, A Further Half An Hour To Find The Second, Again After Four Hours It Has Stopped Again & I Can't Get It Back This Is Very Frushtraiting, As AGain I've Been Trying For Over A Week Now, It Should Not Take This Long, As I'm On A Fast Broadband & Running At Times At Turbo Speed Untill I Keep Getting Cut Off. Can You Help As This Is Very Frushtrating, I Just Want To Complete So I Can Enjoy What I Want Too See. Many Thanks.
