Unable to connect
Here's the deal:
I have 360Share Pro, worked fine this morning, then later I installed Panda Antivirus + Firewall, and when I went to open 360SharePro, it says: 360Share Pro was unable to set up a port to listen for incoming connection. Some features of 360Share Pro may not work as expected. I have went to the Firewall settings and put 360 Share Pro as an exception, but I still get this message....

Stopped working!
Paid for the "Lifetime membership" from 360Share Pro, it worked for a short time, and then nothing. It won't open, it won't do anything! Can't get a hold of them.

Duped into buying
I said yes to an ad on line for a programme to download music faster . The programme was under I MUSIC and only after I agreed to pay £26.95 one off payment and completed the procedure, did the 360 icon come on screen. I already have 360 share pro which I paid for last year so I don't need it again.They added insult to injury by charging me £62 00,how can I get my money back.

Unable to open program
I purchased a lifetime subscription to this and was able to use it for awhile. I had not been on the site for a few weeks and when I tried to open the program it will not open.

Connection Problems
I bought 360Share Pro thinking it was limewire and I figured it was okay because I got a lifetime package. But about two months ago it started messing up. I could be downloading a song and the program just freezes up and stops working. I can't close it or anything, and finally an icon comes up saying that the java application is not working. What is that all about?? I have the exact version that you need for 360Share Pro, so should I be mad at java or what? Can anyone please give me some answers because I'm really tired of this. And why do you get directed to 360Share Pro when you are trying to download limewire? Are they the same thing? Have 360Share Pro purchasers been jipped some kind of way if we were trying to download limewire? HELP!!

It can work!
To everyone with troubles with 360share pro. I was having the same issues until i removed any old java updates after the last that i installed. Remove all old java and give it a crack. I hope this was useful.

Illegal pirate service
In February 07 I tried purchasing and down loading Bareshare for legal downloads of music and movies. A Bareshare page came up and I filled out all my personal information including Credit Card information. After clicking accept (I agree to purchase) a page came up that was not associated with Bareshare at all. A pirate website associated with Limewire intercepted my application and downloaded 360Share Pro, this site is horrible. 360Share Pro does not work not to mention a illegal scam. Every time I enter a search for a song, album, or movie 95% of the results found are porn or virus affected downloads.

Software doesn't work, refund not received!
In October 2006 I signed up to 360 share-pro to download music files. It’s a shame not all companies want to do honest business and look after their customers.
Firstly, I felt misled when I had to undo all the tick boxes for the extra services I didn’t want, only to find I’d missed one which was hidden. I only found out after I’d paid for it because I hadn’t been shown a subtotal beforehand, then when I complained about the misleading pages I was promised a refund but never had it refunded onto my credit card.
Then the software stopped working, and I was offered no solution to this.
I also missed the small print telling me that if I downloaded music files using the 360 sharepro software it was illegal. I’d assumed that they were paying the royalties.
The software still doesn’t work, and I still haven’t received a refund.

Cannot connect to the site
I have paid this company for a life time subscription. Not even a year into it, I cannot connect to the site. Can't get hold of them. Want to know where my money's gone?
