i wanted to warn you guys about an autoresponder service which is SCAM! run by Kerwin Chang!

I purchased this service about few months back. At first i had problems setting the thing up so i opened a ticket but no reply ever. I managed to fix it up. so the support that i did not get from the ticketing system did not bother me that much.

After i set up my auto responder with 365 sales bot. I signed up with 3 of my own email accounts. It took a very very long time to redirect me to the confirmation page.

So i opened another ticket and no reply.

So i tried to mass mail my list which was me with 3 different email accounts. The mass mail did not reach any of the mail addresses i provided. On top of that when i tried again, it said "you are only allowed to mass email once perday"

If the mass email reached its intended recipients then it would have been alright. But it didnt.

So i Opened another ticket but no reply!

also the emails i signed up with got a greeting like "hey firstname" the fields that were provided within the system does not work as well...

if i just assumed the service based on the lies told by kerwin chang and did not test it my self with my own emails! i probably wouldnt have known how much this service sucked! and keep wondering why dont i have any subscribers.

Then i was busy with work for a while and when i had time to go online i wanted to set up a new campaign with the auto responder (since i already paid for it, no harm in trying again). I entered my login and password, it said wrong username or password.

So i clicked on the "Forgot your password link" and it said "we have sent the password to the email we have on file".

This password recovery email never reached my inbox. So i went made a dispute on paypal, the owner was suppose to contact me regarding this issue but he did not, i have already told paypal that i have issues with this service so please stop the subscription,

3days later i got charged again, now i escalated the dispute and demanded a full refund for the 2 months i paid for which i basically could not use at all.

First because the service sucks big time second because i could not login to my account.

Paypal replied to me saying that because its not physical goods, there is nothing they can do about it!

So i emailed the admin [email protected], asking for a refund since i could not use their service.
#1 because the mass mail function does not work (Which is the whole freakin point of an Auto Responder)

and

#2 i lost my password and have requested it many times and did not receive it.

No reply till today.

Be very careful of this rubbish service run by Kerwin Chang and any other product he promotes.

The only reason 365salesbot is dirt cheap is because it is dirt!

So be very careful with this scam, a lot of bs on the sales page. like "claim 30 leads everyday for free with no strings attached"

i dont know about the 30 leads but the no strings attached after he has taken your money is True.

Well i guess he has to match the service with a relevant email...

and just incase the scam artist finds this post, dont even bother with the usual B.S Con Artist line "i will sue you"

Im the one who lost money and time on 365salesbot SCAM! and if you think otherwise Bring it on!

my card has been charged twice and i have not gotten anything out of this service besides a gigantic waste of time and a piece of rubbish i cant use.

Every one who reads this post make sure you tell every one you know about 365salesbot scam and dont buy any products from kerwin chang period!, if this is a scam most probably all the others are too!
