I hope you can help me as I have tried to resolve this problem on my own with no luck. On 3/21/10 I purchased a Louis Vuitton handbag costing me 42.00+16.00 shipping bringing the total to 58.00
Order number 201032110728. On 3/27/10 the package arrived with a mans pair of sneakers, obviously the company got the orders wrong, so I wrote to them and sent multiple pictures of what I recieved. It was nearly 5 days of back and then I just sent it back. They insisted on tracking which you cannot have without insurance from the USA to China. The total for me to send it back was 37.42, so all together now I have paid 95.42. I wrote and requested they refund my shipping expenses, they refused and stated I could pick items from their store equaling the amount of shipping
expenses. I reluctantly agreed only for them to tell me I could only have a 20.00 shirt or it will cost them too much money for "handling" fees. So now its nearly 2 weeks since I placed this order, still no handbag and i'm out an additional 37.42. All I wanted was my shipping expenses refunded either in a check or money order OR the two items I chose equaling 37.00. They have not emailed me back requesting a refund or the items in place of it. I can't afford to lose 37.00 especially in this economy. Is there something you can do? PLEASE! I would appreciate anything you can do. I have every email and can forwaed all of them if you want. Please help me, I don't know where else to turn and am at my wits end with them
