These people are full of it. If anyone knows how to get in contact with them, you are better consumers than I am. After 6 emails and roughly 20+ phone calls I have yet to receive anything...my merchandise, a courtesy call, a proper delivery date...anything. Stay as far away from these scammers as possible. just do yourself a favor and shop local.

I ordered furniture over a month ago still haven't received it when I was lucky enough to get to speak to someone they assured me that I would get shipping tracking numbers later that day or the next that was two weeks ago, most of the time after the initial transaction when you call the 24/7 line it says mailbox is full and cannot accept new messages, this company seems to target craigslist and with their website they seem legit but as stated earlier after five to six weeks and counting still nothing, I entered a complaint with the Internet fraud commission and notified my bank to try and recoup my funds, I suggest other scammed customers to do the same.

National Importers/399sectionals.com is a complete scam. I order furniture and after a month never received a shipping number or a courtesy call. When I called the company to ask what was going on I was told three days in a row that my furniture was scheduled to be shipped the next day and that someone would call me. Over the phone for some odd reason they call you "sweetheart" continuously. That first of all rang some of by bells, but it wasn't until the guy told me that I should probably stop shopping on Craigslist if I am so worry about not receiving my furniture that I wised up and went to my bank to get my money back. The company emailed be a scanned check that was supposedly my refund check that they had already mailed to me. I went through my bank because I didn't trust them and am glad I did. I never received the check or my furniture but thanks to Visa's Merchant dispute policy, I was reimbursed. These people are horrible. They have recently started posting on internet complaints boards pretending to be customers who received their furniture. It is a total scam. If you order from them you will regret it.

I placed an order with this company. I called several times to connect with their "24-7" direct sales line. No answer, voicemail full. No reply to emails. Contacted webmaster who contacted merchant who then called me. Rude, talked over me called me "sweetheart" several times told me it had only been two days since I placed order and to relax. My funding company said he had already collected finances through his Visa account and 8 weeks have gone by, no word or merchandise. I file a dispute with my company, his wife calls me (again calling me sweetheart on phone) with a phoney tracking number to Road Runner. RRunner has not even heard of this company before and the tracking number issued was the wrong person, wrong state and wrong senders name. I am still in the dispute process, the fact that Visa Mastercard and Amer Xpress would even allow a creature of his kind to hold an account is alarming. Please help me to shut this redneck bum down. I am amused that his wife called from a car, driving around on the gas that he scammed out of honest working people. Something needs to be done about this clown. Furthermore, if you are going to scam people you could at least have better phone ettiquite although I suppose class is difficult to come by down there.
