I never order any products from 3b software and now have a charge on my bank account (i don't know how they got it ) for a certain amount. I never received any product and I am not an organization but a regular consumer. I have contacted this company through phone and email and have not received any return response. I hope someone investigates so that I can get my money back and not be charged further.

Bought DTV4PC from 3bsoftware, installed it and it doesn't detect my internet connection. After 3 weeks or so I've had 1 email from their support department suggesting I reinstall the software, which I've done, and it still doesn't run. I've now been waiting for 2 weeks for a reply from the second email stating this.
