Recently on the PC Magazine website there was a screen saver bundle of celestial screensavers. A total package of 3 separate screensavers bundled together to purchase as 1 for $49.95. I tried to preview of each one and liked what I saw so I ordered the bundle package. Once installed I did not like what I saw = too many primary colors and everything else that I could not see on the preview was bad. I contacted 3deepspace.com within 24 hours of purchasing this product to say I didn't like it and wanted a refund. They have ignored all requested for the $49.95 - no small chunk of change - I have sent emails to Oli, Steve and affiliates at the website but have not had response to my request for refund. They stated that this was "shareware" and if this is the case why did I pay $49.95? At any rate I just want a refund and don't know how to go about it except to report them to you and the Better Business Bureau or federal trade commission or someone.
