Non-Delivery Of Item
Ordered a Showtime Rotisserie on 11/27/10. 3tailer website says it will be shipped in 3-5 days. After 1 week with no notification that it was shipped I decided to contact them. I tried emailing, calling and "online chat". My emails were not answered except for the standard "we have received your email and we will get back to you". Spent I don't know how long trying to get through on the phone-to no avail. Online chat was even worse-I was basically told "check your order status on our website, when it ships it will show that it has." On 12/6/10 I finally got through to them on the phone. I was told that it had not shipped yet. I requested that they cancell the order. I was told it would not be a problem and that the credit would post to my Visa card within 48hrs. On 12/10/10 I tried calling them to see where my credit was. I could not get through. So, I went the "online chat" route-I have been informed that my order is in the process of shipping and could not be cancelled. Even though 3tailer's own link to my order shows that it has not shipped, I am being told that they will "even pay the return shipping" for me to return the item.
In short:
1) My order was not shipped when promised.
2) My emails and phone calls went unaddressed
3) They did not cancel my order when they said they would
4) They did not credit my Visa card like they promised.

Non-delivery of item
Ordered a pair of shoes on October the 18th. Ordered some clothing from another retailer on the same day. Got that order within a week. since I had heard absolutely nothing about the order other than the original confirmation and of course, the charge showed up on my credit card, I emailed asking that they provide me a shipping date, when I could expect the order and/or a tracking number for the order. I got a canned response saying that someone would contact me. After 24 hours I had heard nothing so I emailed again. Still no response. The following day I called support, waited a long time on the phone while they were "checking". Then I was told that they could not "find it" and the warehouse would call me in 24 to 48 hours. Still have not heard from the warehouse. I have requested that they credit my credit card and cancel the order since no one seems able or willing to find out what happened to the order. Given their track record I suspect that they will not credit my card either and I will have to call the bank to get the charge reversed. It seems the only thing they are able to do is charge my credit card! Worst online experience I ever had! I will not be ordering from them again!

Ultrak 220 Pedometer is a SCAM. Pedometer does not accurately measure distances, is of poor quality (cheap plastic toy) and i highly recommend anyone avoid this pedometer. "3 tailer" that drop shipped the Ultrak 220 was incompetent at dealing with complaints. No escalation is available with this company and they essentially ripped me off. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH 3 TAILER!
