After purchasing a webhosting package from this "company" and realizing that it was a HUGE MISTAKE, I promptly requested a refund. Thank God I only sunk 124.90 into this scam! Many others here have lost thousands and thousands of dollars with 3XP. I requested my refund on 7 JAN 09 and have been fighting for it ever since. It's not about the money so much, like I said~ just under a buck fifty but more about the companies policies and scandalous business practices. Mr Garrete Craig, owner of 3XP denies that his company is anything but legit, denies that they rip people off, denies that they have poor customer service and that they go "above and beyond" to make sure their customers are satisfied. LMFAO! I nearly peed my pants when I read THAT one!

Whie right here on this very site and similar sites you can find Mr. Craig himself and his criminal customer service crew responding to consumer complaints with venom. You can read how they call customers names, cursing at them and telling them how it's their own fault for losing their money. One customer service rep told a customer "Shut the Fuck UP" Mr. Craig himself called his customers who complained FRAUDS! Just go see for yourself. Don't take MY word.
