AVOID 4 DERBALA ULTRASOUND - NO PREGNANT WOMAN SHOULD EVER BE SO DISRESPECTED!!!

My wife is 6 months pregnant and we have been to see Dr Sherif Derbala, 4 Derbala Ultrasound, Dokki, Egypt (in Masaha Square for those that are interested) and we have experienced both times during our appointments the most disrespectful behaviour from all members of this company!

How can a 4D Ultrasound end up taking 4 hours - 2 hours waiting because all the patients are booked at the same time, 10 minutes doing the first part of the ultrasound, another 1.5 hours waiting for the Dr. and then another 20 minutes doing the rest of the ultrasound?

Our normal doctor monitoring my wifes pregnancy, may be late, may be overbooked, may even keep us waiting up to an hour, but 4 hours from the time we walk in the door to the time we leave is just ridiculous!

The 2nd appointment is only to pick up the results from the ultrasound and guess what... it has been 3.5 hours sitting and waiting just for the Dr. to sign the results - he is too busy drinking his tea making all of the other pregnant ladies wait for him to do their ultrasounds and seems to have forgotten about making a simple signature on his report!

We ask the unprofessional receptionists to assist us in getting the report signed and they are too scared of him to even discuss the matter...

Cairo, Egypt has certainly taken jumps and bounds towards being able to offer professional services in the past years, but this Dr. seems to have been too busy drinking his tea to worry about what his patients think. DISGRACEFUL - avoid 4 Derbala unless you feel like being disrespected and abused!
