They charge unduly

A few months ago I ordered their teeth whitening product but did not order a refill. I still got another order and got charged $99.00 for it. I called and said I did not want any more of the product. They said they wouldn't send any more but they keep sendint it and charging me. What can I do about it? I see that they have done it to other people too. This is really a rip-off, as the product does not work as advertised.

product sent even though I callled and cancelled any order except the first.thus 99.99 was withdrarn from account resulting in overdraft fees.

I submitted an order to try the teeth whiting product.Then called and cancelled any futher shipments as the product did not preform as advertized.I was assured that no futher shipments would be sent and no money would be withdrawn from account.I recieved another shipment, I refused the shipment on the same day and still the 99.99 was withdrawn from account causing overdraft fees to be addeed to my banking account. In these times I believe that trusted companys would behave in a way that the public would trust.In this case I was wrong and now I must jump through hoops to get my money back. beware of this dishonest company.
