Dr. Xueren Zhao and Brittany Sava pays employees cash with no intentions of ever putting them on payroll, all the while telling the employees they are going to be put on payroll. They do not have an MD at the office but a Physician Assistant doing the consultations and examinations then telling the patient they are scanning the recommendation to Dr. John K. Nations to look it over and sign it then scans it back to the office but that is not true. They have presigned templates with Dr. Nations signature already on them, they don't scan anything. Dr. Zhao doesn't want to pay the employee for their worked but the time of the office hours yet he wants you to come in early and stay late with no pay. The exempt recommendations are incomplete and would never stand up in court, they do not write why they are approving a exempt rec. on the rec. anywhere only the words "Patient is exempt" on the recommendation.
