Poor customer service resulting in a letter to Mr. Benjamin Lee- President of Samsung Canadawhich was not responded to over a period of 2 months. Contacted Samsung public relations firm who finally got someone from Customer Relations to respond with nothing.
Never buy from Samsung again. New TV that when turned on the picture wouldn't appear until 30 minutes later or longer.
Only the Retailer-Future Shop stepped in after 90 days .Zero service form Samsung's customer service.
