I lived in Oak hollow for 2 years with my family. I did always have complaints because all my good neighbors moved because they also had complaints and I started to get bad neighbors. When we first moved in at night. My family fell asleep while I unpacked the living room. The dogs started to bark and then I noticed a Mexican man's face staring at me, I came out but he ran off. When my mother left my sister and I was watching t.v while my brother was on the computer, the next thing I know a black man jumps into our balcony and tried to open our glass door but it was locked. He then ran of and I called 911. In the morning I opened my closte to open a new bag of dog food and I noticed ants all over the the closte ALOT ALOT of ants. They spray for the pests just water, and when a worker came to my apartment he told me he will try his best to get rid of the ants but he cant do much because the boss doesn't let let them to use expensive sprayers. THE BIGGEST PROBLEM WHEN I WENT TO WAL-MART, I NOTICED THE SAME GANG THAT ALWAYS HANGED OUT AT NIGHT AT THE LAUNDRY AS I DID MY LAUNDRY. TO BLACK FEMALES IN THERE 23'S AND TWO BLACK MALES THAT SEEMED TO BE 25. ONE GUY CAME UP AND PUNCHED MY BROTHER AND THE FEMALE PUNCHED ME. MY TWO BIGGEST FEARS WAS IF THEY HAD A WEAPON, AND MY MOTHER. SHE SCREAMED FOR HELP AS WE TOOK TURNS PROTECTING EACH OTHER FROM TWO WOMAN AND A MAN WHO LOOKED LIKE A BASKETBALL PLAYER, WHILE MY BROTHER FIGHTED THE OTHER MAN, AND MY SISTER WAS CALLING THE POLICE. THEY THEN RAN AWAY, AND WE REPORTED THEM. THEY STILL LIVE BY THE LAUNDRY, WE TOLD THE BOSS HE SEEMED SHOCK, BUT HE DIDN'T DO ANYTHING AND I SEE THEM EVERYDAY.
One of our neighbors always washed his cars behing my mom's room because there was a faucet there(the rules say no one is allowed to was a car). He would turn on loud music. Alot of days he would wash his car 2 day in the row to annoy us, when we tried to tell the security they took his side. The next day we went to the office as he started to wash the same car. The workers say the boss NATE has temper. At first I didn't believe it, but when my mother told him she cant handle this he yelled at her saying this is all her fault and he told her to leave and he seemed like he was about to be physical when my mom told him not to yell. He almost pushed her but instead he just yelled saying "this is his apartment he can yell and only he can yell."
OUR neighbor who always washes his car, hits his wife(we hear it almost constantly)
One time when I went outside he kicked out his 3 year old or 2, outside. He was yelling saying, "YOUR BAD, LEAVE GET THE HELL OUT OF HEAR GO TO YOUR MOTHER" she was crying, I was about to call the police but he grabbed her inside when he saw me. Alot of owners with breed there dogs. By our apartment there is a field that used to be a navy and I saw alot of dogs runnig around. No one pays for there dogs, and they have alot of people live in one apartment. There are alot of gangs who try to sell you drugs or get you into prostitution. They literally come up to and say, "wanna buy drugs, or come up to you and say how much? for prostition." cars would literally drive by and ask you how much you take. The laundery always never clean, you waist money and the office says they cant do anything. Also they say no breeding or pitballs but it is all there.

THE PATROL EITHER CLOSEs THE LAUNDRY AT 10 PM, OR 3 AM OR NEVER AND YOU WONT
GET YOUR CLOTHES BACK UNTIL THEY OPEN THE NEXT DAY

WHEN YOU CALL THE COMMUNTIY PATROLTHEY DO NOT PICK UP THE PHONE OR DONT DO
ANYTHING AFTER YOU CALLED MORE THEN 3 TIMES WHEN YOU LIVED THERE

DRUGS!!! 14- AND HIGHER IS JUST DRUGS

I ALWAYS FIND DOGS AND CATS THAT WERE LEFT BEHIND

PROSTITUTION 15-EVEN 65. AND STRANGERS COMMING UP TO YOU

PEOPLE BREEDDOGS, PITBALLS, AND CHIHUAHUAS.

ALOT OF STEALING AND BREAKING INTO APARTMENTS AND CARS

FIGHTING AND EVEN FIGHTING WITH YOU OF NO REASON

DAMAGES THAT ARE NOT YOURS AND YET WE HAVE TO PAY

CRACKHEADS ALL OVER!

PEOPLE STEAL YOUR CLOTHES IN LAUNDRY AND YET THERE ARE CAMERAS

THE PARKING SPACES THAT ARE ASSIGNED SUDDENLY TAKEN BY
UNREGISTERED

PEOPLE ARE RACIST

PEOPLE DRINK, SMOKE, SMOKE MARIHUANA IN THE POOL WHEN THEY ARE NOT ALLOWED

I REMEMBER A FATHER WAS CRYING AND LOOKING FOR HIS YOUNG SON, HE WAS SAYING HE
WENT TO GO AND PLAY AND CAN'T FIND HIM
ON THE NEWS IT SHOWED A WOMAN AND WERE TORTURING A BOY

I HEAR GUNSHOT(HUGE ONCE) AND THE COMMUNITY PATROL WONT DO ANYTHING
THE GATES TO NEVER WORK!!!

THE NON-EXISTING, STAFF CONSTANTLY LIE TO OUR FACE DAY AFTER DAY

THE MANAGER NATE HAS ISSUES! CONSTANT MOOD SWINGS AND HARDLY COMES TO
THE OFFICE, IF HE IS ANGRY WE CAN'T TALK TO HIM OR HE WILL YELL.

CHILDREN EVERYWHERE AND AFTER SCHOOL FIGHTING

LOUD MUSIC EVERYDAY IN THE PARKING LOT WHILE THEY HAVE A GROUP FIXING
STRANGE CARS THAT COME AND GO
PEST-CONTROL NOT TO WORK AND IF THEY DO YOU STILL SEE ALOT OF ANTS OR OTHER

THE CAMERAS TO WORK LIKE THE OFFICE SAY 24 SEVEN BUT WHEN SOMETHING HAPPENS
TO YOU OR YOUR PROPERTY INCLUDING YOUR CAR THEY HAVE NO EVIDENCE

CANT DRIVE OUT BECAUSE SOMEONE LEFT IN THE BACK OF YOURS
OR FRONT TO WASH OR FIX

WHEN YOU LEAVE YOU CANT GET OUT BECAUSE IT IS ALL MUDDY AND THERE ISNT
A SIDEWALK(NOT ALL OF THEM HAVE IT)
SOMETIMES YOU GET OLD THINGS LIKE FRIGERATOR OR OTHERS THAT ARE OLD AND USED
