is a fraud and is transporting illegally as per the federal laws with no good commercial insurance, DOT or MC #S also displayed on the side of your legal truck like all commercial trucks running DOT hrs & log books. You need proper government authority to transport for hire. You have not. We have filed against him. Do not use this guy or the many other non legals that state they are insured or legal it will cost you in the long run. If he gets pulled overby any law enforcement or go over required scales or at state lines the load will be impounded and towed into DOT storage and get fees/fines and require a legal transporter with DOT / MC #s with commercial insurance to remove it with proper certification after fees have been paid.

WARNING DO NOT USE THIS SHIPPER! They are brokers and are very unprofessional. First of all they Delivered my $14, 000 Polaris rzr DAMAGED AND 12 DAYS LATE. Also when my rzr arrived, the truck couldn't even unload it, because the loading ramp wasn't big enough. And to top it off, they are a rip off, and don't do what they promise you. I wouldn't EVER IN A MILLION YEARS consider this company again. PLEASE LOOK ELSE WHERE for your shipping needs.

It took over one month for our shipment to arrive. I found this company to have very poor communication and they were very rude on the phone to us as well as others who were working with us. There were complications with paperwork and our shipment sat at the border for weeks without progess. I finally took over and did all the work to get it here. Not a positive experience and i would not use this company again.

The reason that her shipment took so long at the Canadian border, is that UPS found Gasoline in the fuel tank, and her shipper did not drain... UPS would not drain, nor would we... I had problem with communication with this shipper. I requested a change of delievery address and he did not change the date and my shipment was sent to a incorrect address. This was not good because it took my two days to find my shipment

I am very dissatisfied with Marty and his service. If you use his service make sure you understand what he is doing and make sure he does not change his prices. Marty is a broker, so he does not do the work himself – he contracts his work out to a trucking company to pick up the items. Therefore, the actual price charged may end up being considerably higher than the amount Marty bid on uShip. Again, I not happy with his service and would not use him again or recommend him to anyone else.
