Took almost a day to deliver
We had an excellent experience with Fenway!
The trip was well worth the effort. The staff, Bob and Dick, were perfect, and assisted us in every way. No pressure put upon us, as we relaxed and were served hot cocoa as we looked over their inventory of high end cars and SUV's. The selection of pick up trucks and cars for sale in Haverhill is diverse and clean.
We found an 04 Cadillac Escalade in mint condition at a tantalizingly low price, but got a nice 2009 CTS Coupe. I love it the keyless start, OnStar with turn-by-turn navigation and Satellite Radio, and the mint leather Recaro 14-way power seats.
I'll be back when I am ready to buy one of those trucks!
Thank-You, Bob, for the free oil change coupons.
I tell my friends now about your place each time they comment on my Cadillac.
Sincerely,
Pete Neller

Good truck, good deal, but almost 2 days to deliver.
My family and I have been buying our used cars and trucks from the salesman who have worked at this physical location for years. They are now called 495 Auto Group, which is where I bought my SUV. 495 Auto Group sits near the New Hampshire line on Rte 125, in Haverhill, Massachusetts. I have read many lies being propagated against this man... cars held together with duct tape, and the Haverhill newspaper quotation (which I have read) CLEARLY stating that A DIFFERENT car dealer was in fact the seller. We all know that some people get angry when they do not get what they want. In defense of a man with whom I have done business so well... that I consider him a friend... I am here to stand up and share my experience. I do have one complaint, which I save for the end.
We're neighbors, and we had come by to see what he had for American Made SUV used trucks. We had been drooling over his front line of Lincoln Navigator, Chevy and GMC Tahoe, Ford Excursion and Cadillac Escalade. He always seems to have trucks and SUV's which are half art, but bulletproof looking. When we stopped in to look in early 2011, his lot was safe and well cared for... unlike so many... free from ice. We looked in the trucks, and they are all so clean and new looking. The Bob I know and buy my trucks from likes them to be super clean. His interiors look perfect, and he employs about 5 people just to keep his inventory spotless. This guy really does care about his cars and his customers. When you come by and see his inventory, you will smell the difference in his clean cars. This is not fluff... he runs an odor eating machine in his used cars just to be sure they are sanitized! That's pretty strict, I think. Anyway, this is just stuff I have seen, and is a huge part of why I tell my husband to buy from him.
Without boring you about details, we traded in an older Chevrolet Trailblazer and got a great trade in allowance. Our credit had suffered a bit, but we were able to get into a very clean Lincoln Navigator with low miles.
It did take almost 2 days to deliver the vehicle, because he had his shop do extra work... (extra, as in above and beyond.) so... since this board is only for COMPLAINTS and does not have a POSITIVE FEEDBACK BUTTON... apparently this would be my complaint. So, he goes from 10 possible points to only 9 and 1/2. If my kid gets a 95 on his math test, I don't ground him. Anyway, he replaced a part in the air suspension.
Oh, there is one other complaint... complaintboard.com, please put up a feature to give positive feedback.
Thanks,
Molly.
