You know, all the complaints that i see, on here makes me feel really bad that i didn't do more research on this company. so i wont even take all the time that i need to tell you just how bad this company is I'll just give you the brake down. Ordered the bike june 5th, was told that I would receive the bike on the 15th. I waited till the 17th to inquirer why i had not received, and was told that I would receive the bike on the 25th "she thinks", the 25th can no trike. I inquired again and express my frustration, and was made to feel like my money was not important and they could refund my money and sell it to someone else, (Justin prick). I call many day after, left messages, and was even told many times that someone would call me back to never receive a call back...Ever. I finally received the trike on the 6th of July. you would think, cool i finally got the bike despite the bad customer service, you would think... I hadn't had the bike 3 weeks, and the fly wheel broke, that stator went out(battery charging unit), the exhaust pip broke two time in two different places, the frame broke in two places at the welds. No neglect involved just cheap bull#@*& period, to this date the bike is better do to me pay to getting the frame re welded and reinforced, along with the other things that I have fixed...Oh I filed a claim on the stator over a week ago and guess what...
