I have been insuring my vehicle with you for about 3 years. My bank did not pay you for a recent direct debit.
This was simply due to the fact that the bank took 5 days to clear cheques which I had lodged into my account.
They then charged me £25 for non payment of the direct debit, and now I see that you are now charging another £30 for the same payment.
I must say I find this to be grossly unfair.
I do not believe that I have ever missed a payment to yourselves before, and find your actions to be most distasteful.
When my broker suggested that I should stay with you as a company I did not hesitate. You speak in your letter of 22-Oct-2009 of a loan agreement, but I did not burrow money from you, I am giving you money for insurance.
I hope you will give this matter your attention and reconsider your charge in the interests of good customer relations.
