I just received a call from 512-985-9989 at 6:29 CST. I never answer a call that is out of my area code. I also heard stories about people when accepting these unknown calls were billed thousands and thousands of dollars...On my phone there is such a feature to only accept phone calls from people who are in my phone book and these unknown numbers go straight into voice mail...
